How to Delete Your Account and Data

​At Secure VPN : Fast & Safe Network, we value your privacy and provide you with full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal information, you can do so easily.

​Option 1: Delete via App (Recommended)

1. ​Open the Secure VPN app.
2. ​Go to the Settings menu.
3. ​Tap on the "Delete Account" button.
4. ​Confirm your request. Your account and all data (Email, subscription history, etc.) will be permanently removed from our servers immediately.

​Option 2: Delete via Email Request

If you are unable to access the app or wish to request deletion manually, please send us an email:

• ​Subject: Account Deletion Request
• ​Information Needed: Please provide the email address used to create the account.

​What data will be deleted?

Upon receiving a deletion request (either via the app or email), the following data will be permanently removed:

• ​Your registered email address.
• ​Your account profile and name.
• ​Your premium subscription history (if any).
• ​Any other personalized settings.

​​Note:
When you delete your account, all your personal information, including your email address and premium membership history, is wiped from our active databases immediately. We do not retain any identifiable data once the deletion process is completed. If you have an active subscription, we recommend canceling it through the Google Play Store subscription manager before deleting your account to avoid future billing.
